Sending A Lab Case
Inspect Your Models
Always ensure casts are not broken or defective. Any broken part should be put together as best as possible to avoid errors later on
Disinfection
Ensure impressions are clear of any blood/ fluids. Disinfect your models/impressions with the appropriate disinfecting agent.
Bubble Wrap
Wrap your models carefully to ensure sufficient cushion. The journey en route to the lab might be bumpy one, so please ensure they are well protected.
Filling up the lab sheet
Ensure the correct boxes are filled up in the lab sheet. Fill up the date required as one day prior to patient's appointment date.
Call the lab
Have all your work ready? You're all set to call our pick up number for a collection and our rider will be up in a jiffy!
Attach Photos if available
If aesthetics is crucial, send a clear photo of the tooth stump alongside with the shade tab. Make sure the shade tab captures the shade number! You can send the photo to our admin whatsapp number 8163 2454!
