Scheduling Guidelines

  • Always ensure date required is clearly written on the lab order sheet. As a guide, date required should be one day before the patient's appointment 
  • Allow 2 weeks for issue cases and chrome framework fabrication as they require additional quality check and troubleshooting on our end
